Susquehanna University

Susquehanna University came to Madhouse looking for a campaign video that would be used at a kick-off event to publicly announce their capital campaign. A campaign brand and name had already been developed, but they wanted help in telling the story of how Susquehanna “gives rise” to their students and community. Using a hot air balloon as a visual theme, Madhouse wrote a script that aligned with the established campaign messaging, and four Susquehanna students delivered the lines in the film. While the film primarily uses live-action footage shot on the Susquehanna campus, Madhouse’s 3D capabilities and compositing skills were leveraged to develop the hot air balloon and future student scenes, which allowed the video to feel more elevated and dramatic.
